Every pre-owned device sold by MobiHub must undergo a comprehensive **40-Point Diagnostics Check** before being listed in our inventory. This ensures that no matter the cosmetic condition grade, the hardware is 100% functional.

2. Cosmetic Condition Grades

We classify our smartphones into three transparent cosmetic grades to help you pick the budget and quality that fits your needs:

💎 Mint / Like New

The device looks virtually untouched. There are zero visible scratches on the screen or back panel. Frames are completely spotless. Battery health is typically **85% to 95%** or higher.

📱 Good Condition

Normal micro-scratches on the screen or minor blemishes on the metal frame that are not visible from arm's length. Fully functional with battery health typically **80% to 90%**.

🏷️ Fair Condition

Visible scratches, scuffs, or slight frame dents. Highly cost-effective option for budget-conscious buyers. Hardware functions perfectly, with battery health above **80%**.

Our technician inspection process checks:
