If your device experiences a verified hardware malfunction within 7 days of purchase, we will replace it with an equivalent device of the same model and grade.

2. Exclusion from Returns

The replacement guarantee does not cover:

• Physical damage, screen cracks, or scratches caused by drops or user mishandling.
• Liquid intrusion or water damage.
• Software modifications, unauthorized jailbreaks, or custom firmware flashing.
• Removal or tampering of the internal quality check stickers or security warranty seals.

3. Verification Procedure

To initiate a return or replacement, you must bring the device along with its original purchase invoice to our main store at Domkal Rabindra More. Our technical diagnostics team will inspect the device to verify the reported hardware issue. The inspection process typically takes 30 to 45 minutes.

4. Refund & Store Credit

If a replacement unit of the same model is unavailable in our local stocks, you can choose to receive:

• **Store Credit**: Valid for 6 months, redeemable on any other device in our store.
• **Full Refund**: Issued to your bank account or original payment source within 3-5 business days.
