Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Branch Pickups (Zero Delivery Fees)

When completing order reservations online, customers can select "In-Store Pick Up" at any of our branches (Domkal, Bidupur, or Sadikhandear). Branch pickups incur **zero shipping fees**. Reserved stock will be held securely for you for up to 24 hours.

2. Domestic Shipping & Processing

For home delivery orders, we ship throughout West Bengal and Pan-India.

• **Processing Time**: Orders are packed and dispatched from our central warehouse in Domkal within 24 hours of payment verification.
• **Transit Times**: Local shipping within West Bengal takes 2 to 4 business days. Out-of-state national shipping takes 4 to 7 business days.

3. Delivery Charges

- **Free Shipping**: Applicable to all pre-paid smartphone orders over ₹10,000.
- **Flat Rate Shipping**: Orders below ₹10,000 are subject to a nominal delivery fee of ₹150.

4. Order Tracking

Once your dispatch label is generated, tracking links from our courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, or India Post) will be sent via SMS and Email. You can trace your consignment's journey in real-time until delivery.
